High-Hardness	Micro hardness HV 1800-5000 (equivalent to HRC scale >80) Stellited treatment : Max. HRC 40 HRC 60
High-Density	Surface density about 6.859 g/cm2 - 8.97g/cm2
Wear Down	Surface layer of C.V.D diffusional treatment have changed to fine ceramics, thus having superior function against severe impact, wear & abrasion.That's why metallic ceramics are used.
Low Friction	As the material keeps self-lubricational function coefficient with very low friction (by one third) compared to other materials being conventionally heat treated, it can be used with dry condition.Lower by 70% friction factor than general treatment.
Anti-Corrosion	It gives very good performance especially against Slurry, Catalyst, H2S, HF, Sea Water, HCI, H2SO4 and etc.
Gases Obstacle	It gives higher performance against O2, H2, SO2, SO3, H2S and etc.
High-Temperature	As hardness is not changed up to critical temperature, given performance can be well maintained up to 550'C (Basic) depending on selected material. It is especially superior to liquid, dry flowing and abrasion. It could reach up to 1,200'C under special designation.
Anti-Oxidation	Can be used up to 1,200'C depending on selected material and application of C.V.D. treatment.

There are three available models of Reina Control Valve : DG, EG and HPG. EG and HPG models are cage guided single port valves, while DG model is plug guided single port valve.

The standard actuator models for Reina Control Valves are R67 and R57 linear actuators. These heavy duty actuators are of spring return diaphragm style and can be used either for throttling or 'on-off' control, with or without positioners.

Reina Control Valves are manufactured to a high level of quality specifications to ensure superior performance and clients satisfaction.

• Structure made of forged and casted materials
