TUSB ServicesTUSB specializes in high technology steel valve manufacturing and trading for the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry in Malaysia. At this moment, we are emphasising on the production of our own range called Reina, a product designed and manufactured locally.

TUSB Warehouse in Kundang produces made-to-order valves and is equipped with ever ready testing facilities to serve our customer with excellent purveyance. Among available testing facilities at our warehouse are:

  • Torque and Leakage test for actuators
  • Hydrotest & Pneumatic test for all types of valves
  • High Pressure Gas Test
  • Fire Safe Test
  • Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
  • Site Acceptance Test (SAT)

At TUSB, assembling activities of our products are performed within a department with specialized equipments to carry out simultaneous checking. Among products assembled at our warehouse are:

  • Floating Ball Valves
  • Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves

  • Gate Valves
  • Check Valves
  • Control Valves
  • Actuators

Our controlling activities are performed according to standard QC procedures and we maintain a numerical inventory of spare parts for all valves in service. These processes are exercised to assure the quality of our products and to enable smooth traceability of components for TUSB to cater satisfactory after-sales service that comes with complete and rapid assistance in providing operative instructions, drawings and spare parts.
